Rebuilding Strength, Function and Confidence After Birth
Who is this for?
Whether you are a few weeks postpartum or a few years on, this workshop is designed to give you clarity on how to rehabilitate your body, protect your pelvic health and return to exercise, running or your specific sport without fear, confusion or ongoing symptoms. No prior fitness level is required to join, just an interest in understanding and caring for your postnatal body.
What will we cover?

The role of breath, posture and load management

Core and Diastasis Recti (DRAM) recovery

Pelvic Floor Health and Recovery

Belly Birth (Cesarean Section), Scar and Tissue Recovery
