POSTNATAL WORKSHOP

Rebuilding Strength, Function and Confidence After Birth

Join me for a postnatal workshop, which I have designed to educate and empower postnatal women to safely regain function of their bodies after pregnancy, delivery and prepare for the unique physical demands placed on it during the early years of motherhood.

Who is this for?

Whether you are a few weeks postpartum or a few years on, this workshop is designed to give you clarity on how to rehabilitate your body, protect your pelvic health and return to exercise, running or your specific sport without fear, confusion or ongoing symptoms. No prior fitness level is required to join, just an interest in understanding and caring for your postnatal body.

What will we cover?

  • Physical and hormonal changes after birth and delivery

  • The role of breath, posture and load management

  • Core and Diastasis Recti (DRAM) recovery

  • Pelvic Floor Health and Recovery

  • Belly Birth (Cesarean Section), Scar and Tissue Recovery

  • Returning to Exercise, Running and Sport

What I hope you will gain:

  • Knowledge and awareness of your postnatal body

  • Have practical tools and guidance you can apply immediately

  • A tote bag of goodies to take away!
